A Burleson man has been arrested after police received a tip that he was secretly videotaping female friends changing clothes in his home, then storing the images on his computer.

 Bryan K. Acton Bryan Acton, 40, faces charges of improper photography, a state jail felony. If convicted, he could be sentenced to two years in prison and fined $10,000.

A woman who appeared in one of the videos told KDFW-TV (Channel 4) that she and her friends would go to Acton’s house to swim and change into their swimsuits in a room where, it turned out, a video camera was hidden.  (Read More).
