MTV gets 11million viewers for Ga Ga’s meat dress.  More than 11 million viewers watched the MTV Video Music Awards as glam pop artist Lady Gaga and lingering drama between singers Taylor Swift and rapper Kanye West gave the ceremony its highest audience since 2002.

MTV, owned by Viacom, said on Monday that 11.4 million people watched Sunday’s live performance and awards ceremony from Los Angeles, where Lady Gaga took home eight prizes and set tongues wagging by wearing a dress made of raw meat.

MTV said it was the biggest telecast for the network since the 2002 Video Music Awards.

Canadian teen idol Justin Bieber, 16, proved to be another big draw and took home the best new artist award after performing before hundreds of screaming young girls.

MTV said the 12-34 year-old audience was up 33 percent from 2009.

Last year’s MTV Video Music ceremony — famous because West stormed the stage while country singer Taylor was accepting her award — drew 9 million viewers — a 6 percent increase over 2008 and the largest turnout since 2004.  (Read More).

Women wants worlds largest breast implants removed (30 M).   Sheyla Hershey’s fight to save her M cup breast implants came to an end Thursday, as she underwent surgery in Richmond, Tex., to have them removed, myFOXhouston.com reported.

Hershey — who was trying to achieve fame for having the largest breasts in the world and has had over 30 plastic surgeries — was plagued by severe infections and high fevers after her most recent implant surgery in Brazil in June 2010.

Because implants as large as Hershey’s are illegal in the U.S., the Brazilian-born Houston, Tex., resident went to her home country earlier this year for the surgery.

But after the operation, Hershey became seriously ill and has since been closely monitored by a cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Ron Bucek, and an infectious disease expert, Dr. Shazia Gill, in Texas.  (Read More).
