 Bryan K. Acton Bryan Acton, 40, faces charges of improper photography, a state jail felony. If convicted, he could be sentenced to two years in prison and fined $10,000.

A woman who appeared in one of the videos told KDFW-TV (Channel 4) that she and her friends would go to Acton’s house to swim and change into their swimsuits in a room where, it turned out, a video camera was hidden.  (Read More).

Debrahlee Lorenzana says her Citi-slamming media blitz led her new employer, JPMorgan Chase, to threaten disciplinary action “up to and including termination” over appearances and interviews they say bash the banking industry and breach the company’s code of conduct.

If Chase ousts her for publicly airing her gripes with Citi, Lorenzana’s attorney, Jack Tuckner, told AOL News she will take instant legal action.

“If she walks in and gets fired, Debrahlee Lorenzana is filing suit against JPMorgan Chase,” he said. “It is illegal to block her from speaking out against unlawful employment practices.”  (Read More).

A good Friend of Unfair Park, through a friend of a friend of a friend, just shot us this extraordinary video captured early yesterday morning at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Took place at the north toll plaza, which served as a launching ramp for one drunk driver trying to exit the airport in a hurry. DFW spokesman David Magana confirms: “The driver was, as you might guess, suspected of inebriation and investigated for such and arrested for such.”

We also have fiery post-crash pics after the jump — because after the driver went all General Lee, she got out and made a call on her cell, at which point the vehicle went boom. Hard to believe the “driver only suffered minor injuries,” as Magana puts it. Oh — and the toll-booth operator wasn’t injured at all. (Read More).

The Cold Stone PB&C milkshake, made with peanut butter, chocolate icecream and milk, contains 68 grams of saturated fat and 153 grams of sugar, according to nutritional details on the company’s website.

“In terms of saturated fat, drinking this Cold Stone catastrophe is like slurping up 68 strips of bacon,” the magazine said.

The hosts of the syndicated talk show “The Doctors” got down and dirty this week to discuss the benefits of drinking urine or using it as a skin cream.

“Some people drink urine because they believe it has health benefits,” said host Dr. Travis Stork, an emergency room physician.

“We’ve talked about urea and creatinine on the skin actually potentially having some benefits,” said plastic surgeon Dr. Drew Ordon, of two of the compounds found in urine.

Putting their theories to the test, Ordon then took a sip from what appeared to be a vial of urine while co-host Dr. Jim Sears, a pediatrician, dabbed some on his face with a cotton ball.  (Read More).

Every few months, we get a new list of “Worst Ever Chain Restaurant Meals.” Unoriginal? Sure! But it’s always good to get a reminder that you should never, ever enter an establishment that advertises itself as a “factory” for cheesecake. Men’s Health editor and self-plagiarist Dave Zinczenko has made a whole business out of letting people know exactly how gross P.F. Chang’s is with his Eat This Not That series.

And look at that! He’s just put out a list of “The 20 Worst Drinks in America”! And just in case you still think California Pizza Kitchen is a good idea, the Center for Science in the Public Interest has given out its “Xtreme Eating Awards” for 2010, choosing the nine worst meals from chain restaurants. Police had initially been called to the apartment building by neighbours who had not seen the couple in some time and wondered about their welfare. Police called in the fire department because of the stench and the team that entered wore hazardous materials suits.

An 83-year-old neighbour, Hattie Fields, said the couple had lived in the building for years. Police declined to identify the couple.  (Read More).
